Cancellations
If you have to cancel please remember that a booking is a contract which exists between us.
Any change or cancellation by e-mail must be confirmed to ensure that it has been received; otherwise the booking will be held to by us and the contract will still exist.
We reserve the right to charge appropriately if the room is not re-let.
Should the accommodation not be re-let, you are liable to 30% of the total charges if you cancel within 28 days of the start of your visit, 60% within 13 days and 80% if you cancel within 48 hours.
If cancelled or modified later, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance if you have any concerns.
