Our four-course set dinner at 7.30.pm. is a highlight of many guests' stays with an emphasis on seasonal freshly prepared food and carefully sourced local produce.
A typical menu might include fresh local asparagus, duck breasts with braised endives and marsala, hot chocolate soufflé, a choice from the cheeseboard and coffee.
We hold a drinks licence, and a carefully chosen modest wine list complements the menu.
Equal emphasis is given to the choice of ingredients for the traditional breakfast menu, including locally dry-cured bacon, local sausages, Craster kippers and our own home-made preserves.
We serve dinner on most nights and require at least 72 hours notice.
